Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Orbital Compass, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI and automation solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Due to the nature of our services, we have a clear refund and cancellation policy in place.

2. Project Approval & Implementation

  • Before implementation, clients receive project deliverables for review and approval.
  • Once a project is approved by the client, implementation begins, and no refunds will be issued after this stage.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request a cancellation before the approval stage without any penalty.
  • Once the project moves into implementation, cancellations are not permitted due to the resources and time allocated.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • The project was not delivered as per the agreed-upon scope, and resolution attempts have been unsuccessful.

5. Exceptions & Adjustments

  • If unforeseen circumstances prevent service completion, we may offer partial refunds or service credits on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any adjustments must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.
